What If I go over my allocated time? 
You must include set up and take down time within the hours booked or pay for extra time if available.

Can I come early to set up my equipment?
All setting up and taking down of equipment should fall within your booking, we do have a 15 minute bump in and bump out on half and full day bookings bookings. Please remember to give yourself enough time to pack up.

Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund, however you have the option to reschedule your booking.

What is your minimum booking time?
Our minimum booking time is 2 hours.

Does the studio booking include equipment and props?
A wide variety of equipment and props is included with your booking. Please get in touch if there is something specific you are after.

What if I need more time?
Extra time is possible if the studio schedule can allow it. Extra time needs to be paid at the time of requirement, this can either be via cash payment, bank transfer, credit card or a booking via our website.

Can I come see the space beforehand?
Of course! You can book a FREE 15 minute studio tour on our website. We’d love to show you around.

Can the furniture be moved?
Yes, the furniture can be moved. Please ensure you use moving aids provided to avoid injury and damage. If props or equipment are damaged you may incur extra charges.

What if we require the studio outside of business hours/days?
Please contact hi@thecreativewarehouse.com.au and we will do our best to accomodate your needs. Please note extra charges may incur.

How many people can be in the studio at one time?
The capacity of the studio is 10 people. If you require more than 10 people to be present in the studio at the same time, please contact us prior.

Do you provide a photographer? 
We only provide the studio space and equipment. But we can recommend some great photographers should you need some help.

Does my booking include seamless paper backdrops?
All our seamless paper backdrops are included in full studio hire only. The first 3 meters are free, then you will be charged $20 per meter for anything extra. If you require a specific colour you can either purchase this yourself, or we can purchase for you, extra charges will incur. Please get in touch to discuss.

Where can I park?
There two free parking bays directly out the front of the studio and ample street parking. There is also a large roller door that you can access to pack and unpack.
But then must be moved.

Is the studio manned?
Yes, a member of our staff will be there to greet you. You will be asked to sign in and a short induction will be offered to ensure you know where everything is.

What if I want the Cyclorama repainted?
The cyclorama is examined regularly and if/when required, is painted to ensure it is at the best possible condition. If you’d like the cyclorama painted specifically for your booking,
an additional fee will apply. Please get in touch to learn more.

Is there WIFI?
Of course! We offer free wifi for the duration of your booking.

Can I bring my own food/drinks to the studio?
Absolutely! We have a small fridge for guests to use. Please note that all food consumption should be within the kitchen area. If any damage occurs due to spills, a cleaning fee will be charged as per our terms & conditions. We also have complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks available.

Does the space have a changing room?
Yes, there is a good sized bathroom that can be used.

Are there toilets? 
Yes, we have accessible toilets.

Is there a makeup area?
Yes, we provide an area specifically for hair and makeup which is lit and has a desk, charging ports, and a makeup chair.

Do you supply a steamer?
Yes, we have a standard steamer in house, available to use with any booking.

Is there a rail and hangers?
Yes, we have hangers and a clothing rack available for use.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in the studio, but please get in touch first.
