Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before The Creative Warehouse.
By booking and using the studio, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms:

Booking and Payment:
1.1. Studio bookings can be made through our website. The booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email.
1.2. Payment for the studio hire must be made in full at the time of booking.
1.3. Payment can be made via the accepted payment methods as specified by The Creative Warehouse..

Studio Use:
2.1. The studio is available for the purposes of professional photography, videography, podcast, co-working, networking, workshop and related activities only.
2.2. There is a maximum of 8-10 people per hire of the studio. If you have more people than this amount, please contact us via hi@thecreativewarehouse.com.au
2.3. Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the premises.
2.4. Food, drinks, makeup, shoes, tanning or body oils are not allowed on any furniture. Any damage or excess cleaning caused to the furniture will result in additional fees.
2.5. When moving furniture please do not drag. Move furniture with 2 or more people picking it up. Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving.
2.6. The Creative Warehouse offers flexible bookings across multiple studio areas. When booking a specific section (e.g. Cyclorama, Lifestyle Area, or Product Room), clients are granted access only to the area they have paid for during their scheduled session. Use of additional studio spaces outside of the booked area is not permitted unless prior written approval has been given. If a client or their team moves into another unbooked area, a full usage fee for that space will be added to the final invoice. Please respect the booking structure so all clients can enjoy the space as intended.
2.7. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all members of their team or any guests adhere to the rules and regulations of the studio.
2.8. The Creative Warehouse is to seek permission from all parties for any imagery or footage taken during the Client’s booking.
2.9. The Creative Warehouse owns the right to use any agreed upon footage or imagery taken during a Client’s booking on The Creative Warehouse’s social media at their discretion.

Studio Equipment and Property:
3.1. The hirer is responsible for taking care of all equipment and property provided by The Creative Warehouse during the hire period.
3.2. Any damage or loss to the studio equipment or property caused by the hirer or their team/guests will be the hirer’s responsibility, and the hirer will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
3.3. Any damage or heavy marking to the cyclorama flooring will incur a minimum $200 fee, liable to the hirer.

Cancellation and Refunds:
4.1. Cancellations must be made five days prior to the hire date in order to receive a full refund (minus any booking or processing fees).
4.2. Cancellations made within two days of the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund, however you have the option to reschedule your booking.
4.3. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, The Creative Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the hirer if a reschedule is not possible first.
4.4. There are no refunds for unused time.
4.5 Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled studio session. Late arrivals will not be granted additional time unless extra hours are purchased, subject to availability. Please note that any lost time due to lateness will not be made up without prior agreement and additional charges.
4.6 Clients who book recurring sessions (e.g. weekly or monthly bookings) are offered priority scheduling and access to preferred time slots. To maintain this priority, bookings must be kept consistent and confirmed in advance.
Cancellations for recurring bookings must be made with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session and/or removal of priority access for future bookings. We understand that unexpected things happen, please reach out if you need to adjust your schedule and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Liability:
5.1. The Creative Warehouse does not accept any liability for injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the studio hire period.
5.2. The hirer agrees to indemnify and hold The Creative Warehouse harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the hirer’s use of the studio.

Insurance:
6.1. The hirer is strongly advised to have adequate insurance coverage for their own equipment, liability, and other related risks.
6.2. The Creative Warehouse does not provide insurance coverage for the hirer’s equipment or liability.

Studio Access and Security:
7.1. The hirer will be provided with the necessary access details to the studio.
7.2. The hirer is responsible for ensuring the studio is securely locked and all equipment and property are properly stored at the end of the hire period.
7.3. The Creative Warehouse is not liable for any loss or damage to the hirer’s equipment or property left in the studio premises.
7.4. There are security cameras in the non-private areas of the studio. By agreeing to our booking T&Cs you also acknowledge our surveillance camera will be recording (including sound) during your entire booking time. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs during your booking. This is for everyone’s protection. There is full privacy with no cameras in the bathroom.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Creative Warehouse is located.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the said jurisdiction.

By booking The Creative Warehouse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
